I was also pleased with what was, for a superhero movie, an atypically low body count.
Well, there are lots of ants, in case you don't like ants.
The film is a lot more superhero than scientific and at times feels almost like a Spiderman rehash. It's also a bit predictable with a stereotypical power-greedy and mentally imbalanced villain. Still, the snappy dialogue and well-timed scene changes keep the story from bogging down, while a solid plot arc pulls it all together.
And as all Marvel fans know, STAY FOR THE POST CREDITS SCENES!! (There are two of them and it's totally worth the dirty looks from the theatre staff to stay and watch them.)
