Yay! It's time for the fun part of your story.
Well, hopefully your whole story has been fun so far. But it's time for the Fun and Games section--the part that comes between Break Into II and the Midpoint. This is the part where your characters get to have fun adventures before things get dark in the Bad Guys Close In section.

If you're not familiar with the Fun and Games section, check out this post I wrote awhile back where I talk about it more in depth.
What I find most helpful when writing this section is figuring out what Blake Snyder calls the "promise of the premise." What would make someone want to read your book in the first place? What would he be expecting from it?
If you're writing a mystery, your readers expect to find clues and hopefully a few plot twists. If you're writing a romance, they'll expect a love scene or two before the inevitable break-up. If you're writing a story about a guy who invents a steam-powered time machine, your readers will probably expect a few failed prototypes and explosions. The Fun and Games section is a great place to put those.
And it's also the place to have fun, so put in those things--quirky characters, meet cutes, midnight recontres--that made you want to write this story in the first place.
